This giant 22 metre long circular scrolling MOVING MESSAGE DISPLAY is visible all along the skyline and was designed, manufactured and installed by Scrimsign for NEXUS of Newcastle. It was installed on the dome of their new H.Q. building for the Millennium celebrations on 31st December 1999.
It has successfully been in continual use ever since, showing a variety of scrolling animated marketing and publicity messages to the General Public, as well as displaying the local Time and Temperature.
