Norbord Health & Safety Sign

This sign was recently installed in Norbord's Cowie plant near Stirling to display important Health & Safety messages and current site safety performance.

At 3.25m Wide x 2m High this is one of the largest displays of this type that we have produced to date.

The sign has 2 Lines of 22 Characters 160mm High for general messages and 2 Lines of 4 Characters 200mm High to display the Health & Safety statisics that increment automatically at midnight.

In addition the general messaging section supports a custom up/down counter to display days to/from special events etc.

Diageo Vehicle Call Forward Display

This sign was recently supplied to Diageo to act as a call forward system for vehicles at their busy distribution centre at Shieldhall, Glasgow.

The call forward system was designed by consulting with Diageo Operational and Electrical Engineering staff to provide exactly the bespoke system that they required.

The display features two sets of Red and Green LED Traffic Lights with a single 450mm high numeric digit to display the selected loading bay. The sign is controlled from two heavy duty industrial control boxes in a Master/ Slave configuration to provide a safer working environment for operational staff.
