BNFL Sellafield

These INTERACTIVE KIOSKS were designed to permit whole spectrum of general staff information to be accessed by BNFL staff without normal computer access, by interaction with kiosks located throughout BNFL Sellafield site in restaurants, and rest areas.

BNFL Sellafield

These Information Kiosks were designed to give BNFL staff who do not have normal computer access easy access to health and safety information by interaction with kiosks located throughout BNFL Sellafield site in restaurants, and rest areas.

Edinburgh Airport

This Wall Mounting Interactive Kiosk is one of 7 units custom designed for use within Edinburgh Airport.

With a very simple A.T.M. style of layout and simple button interface, it permitted passengers to easily and quickly browse through all Destinations and Flight Carriers, in addition to showing terminal maps highlighting Toilets, eating areas and departure / arrival locations.

Famous Grouse

This kiosk was designed to promote Famous Grouse whisky in supermarket and other retail outlets.

The kiosk continually runs advertising until the screen is touched and then an interactive tour of The Famous Grouse manufacturing process and product range is entered into.

At the end of the tour the user is presented with a credit card sized voucher for a discount on a bottle of Famous Grouse whisky.

HBOS

These free standing kiosks were part of a pilot deployment by the Halifax Building Society. There were three kiosks in each branch with each kiosk being targeted to provide specific product group information.

With the customised magnetic vinyl front and a very simple A.T.M. style of layout and simple button interface, they enabled customers to easily locate and quickly browse through all relevant product information.

NHS Durham

This Interactive Information Kiosk, positioned at the main entrance, was designed to permit hospital visitors to access a whole range of vital Hospital Information by simple LCD Touch Screen interaction.

Visitors could speedily and easily access subjects such as -

• Patient Visiting Times
• Outpatient Clinics available
• Proposed hospital developments

Royal Bank of Scotland

This kiosk was developed for the Royal Bank of Scotland to allow customers to explore various loan products and interactively calculate monthly repayments and affordability before meeting with a branch financial advisor.

The clear and easy to use touch screen interface was further enhanced by the novel use of a computer avatar on screen helper to assist the customer.

Strathclyde Police

Scrimsign has designed, manufactured and installed the futuristic "Tardis" Police Box for Strathclyde Police Force in Glasgow.

It is manufactured in incredibly strong, but highly attractive Stainless Steel and with a double skin design, is Fully IP65 Compliant for exterior use.

With three powerful independantly computer controlled Interactive kiosk Interfaces, and with over 50,000 site users since installation, this POLICE INTERACTIVE INFORMATION KIOSK has been an outstanding success, offering vital information from specific Police Publicity to Glasgow Tourist information.
